If the electric actuator is often used, it may be damaged due to the temperature rise. At this time, we need to properly add lubricating oil every other week or month. Instead of the electric actuator that often runs, because its temperature will not rise, the interval between adding lubricating oil can be longer. We use lubricants such as oil, butter and graphite. But when the electric actuator is in a high temperature state, it can not use grease and oil, because their low melting point will be melted by the high temperature of the electric actuator, resulting in little lubrication effect. At this time, we will use graphite powder. For parts exposed to the outside of the environment, if you choose butter or oil, it will easily lead to dust, so you should also choose graphite powder.


It is very important for us to ensure the cleanliness of the outer layer of the electric actuator and the frequently working module, so as to protect the paint on the electric actuator from rubbing during the operation process, which will lead to paint defects. The dust accumulated on the electric actuator shall be removed gently by brush or by compressed air; the dirt accumulated on the trapezoid thread and gear shall be wiped gently by rag, and the oil stain on the electric actuator shall be purged by steam. Until the processed surface emits bright metal color and the painted surface shows the true color of the paint. The drain pump valve shall be specially managed by someone. Each shift shall be patrolled at least once, and the flushing pump valve and the plug head of drain pump valve shall be opened for flushing every other period of time to prevent the electric actuator from being blocked by foreign matters.
